He has extensive experience in the field of Costing, Auditing, Accounting and Management Consultation.

Mr. Kandpal is one of the youngest trainers of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Department of Income tax and Various Commissionrate of Central Excise.

He has also served the profession as member of the various committees of the Institute at very young age; He has been awarded by the Institute for his active and special contribution in the professional development.

Various articles on various issues like Health Costing, Manufacturing Cost, Captive Consumption, Construction Costing, etc have been published in the NIRC news letter of the Institute.
